    There is not much to say about the JW Marriott. It's just an excellent hotel, words cannot express.

    I like the location as its right on the beach. Also the easy access to the beach from the hotel pool is nice. Bathroom showers were nice. Breakfast buffet is wide range, which is nice. Staff generally are very attentive and courteous. Especially the housekeeping lady on the first floor who used to service our room 105.

    Porters / Doormen expecting tips all the time. I found the rooms to be small. Walking out of the hotel gates and returning is kind of a workout.

    Excellent swimming pool area, modern gym facilities, convenient airport taxi service

    The check-in process could really use some speed!!! Yes, my luggage was left behind for too long during arrival!!! Visible scratches on the wood floor in the guest room were quite disappointing!!!

    First and last time stay in this hotel. The food is ok but very expensive.

    Checking in took almost an hour and they start checking in people who arrived after me at the same time. This hotel is tired and som of the staff is very slow and some of them are unfriendly. Would not expect to have small flies in my room in high end hotel. Ordering eggs or coffee at breakfast takes very very long. Took a picture at the pool and a very unfriendly guard was telling me that i was not allowed to take pictures, didn't see any signs or so...

    Silent and new-fashioned room, very comfy bed and pillows. Location - PERFECT, so close to most areas, Mumbai where service and fitness centre & the fitness trainer Amey. Nearby Let's Talk Fish - great place to chill out.

    Your staff memeber from the coffee shop by the name of Asif was extremely helpfull and courteous. He arranged a prayer mat and helped us abundantly.

    I checked out on the 15th March and asked the Manager that I needed a place to pray as I am Muslim. He could not help us and this was very disconcerting as I expected him to assist us as a travelling Muslim couple. The stay was excellent but was soured by his reaction. Please can you arrange Salaah facilities for your muslim clientele.
